During the PROMOTE show in Yaoundé (Cameroon) from December 6th to 14th 2014, ALM Industry SA held an open booth display exhibiting these « Eco Pro® » mobile sawmills for the first wood processing with the support of the AWEX ( Agence Wallonne pour l’Exportation : Wallonne Export agency).
The ALM Industry SA booth has been very successful. Hundreds of visitors were rushing there every day to see a mobile sawmill Eco Pro 2® in action. Hardwoods like “Azobé”, “Limbali” or the “Mouvingoui” were being sawn in an unsurpassed speed.
The mobile sawmill demonstrations are an excellent factor of attractiveness. They were the only ones of the whole show that attracted a lot of interest among well-informed visitors. The presence of loggers has allowed fruitful exchanges on the sawing of tropical timber and Belgian know-how with the “made Belgium” quality which remains an asset.
